You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund less a 5% restocking fee. If the return
is not a result of an error, the customer is responsible to pay the return shipping costs.
Returns Procedure is you send an email to info@longermed.com stating that you want to return a product to us.We will
acknowledge your email and send you a 'Returns Form' to complete. You will be asked to give us various pieces of
information to help us process the return including your details, our Order number and exactly what it is you want to
return to us. Once we have received and checked your completed 'Returns Form' we will confirm it and give your reply by
email.The product can now be returned to us.

Once your return arrives at the return center, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Once it's been
processed you'll receive an email confirmation for the refund. Please note that if the payment was by credit card it can
take an extra 7-10 business days to show up on your credit card statement.
